Production Planning Specialist

Job Description

• Meets customer quality specifications , on time delivery and quantity targets.
• Coordinates with customer logistics to address for quality and delivery concerns and maintain quality system readiness to customer audits.
• Identifies and implements cost reduction opportunities based on budget like Premium Freight, Logistics cost, scrap reduction and includes but not limited to control of stock levels and Inventory
• Monitors phasing in and phasing out of models to avoid dead stock and build of excess of finish goods.
• Prepares production plan based on customer call off from SAP data and enable production to execute according to plan.
• Supports for the timely execution of the introduction of new product launches.
• Reviews available working days and daily capacity.
• Reviews releases of customers and amend for any great changes that may affect the previous production plan.
