Production Potter

As a Production Potter, you will be responsible for making ceramic pieces from start to finish as part of our production team. This is a hands-on role focused on producing consistent, high-quality work rather than one-off artistic pieces.

On a typical day, you will spend most of your time throwing pots on the wheel or hand-building forms, trimming pieces once they have dried, glazing finished items, and loading and unloading kilns. You will follow established designs and processes to ensure each piece meets Monte Lupo’s quality and style standards. You’ll work closely with other potters, artists, and designers as part of a small, collaborative studio team.
