Job Overview:

Generally expected to work as a valued member of the XL Specialized Trailers manufacturing team in support of the Director of Operations and Production Manager. Manufactures products by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring workflow; acts as a quality inspector; serves as a safety coordinator, material handler and trainer for area of responsibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Spends 50% of their time in direct labor in area of responsibility.

+ Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
