Production QC

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Production QC Inspector to join our binocular manufacturing team. This role is part of the production line and serves as a critical quality checkpoint before units are allowed to proceed to the next process.

The Production QC Inspector ensures that all materials, sub-assemblies, and finished units meet strict quality standards while maintaining daily inspection targets aligned with production output.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify units meet required standards before allowing them to move to the next production stage
• Follow detailed inspection checklists and quality criteria
• Maintain inspection quotas in line with daily production targets
• Identify, isolate, and properly document defects or non-conforming products
• Coordinate closely with production operators to prevent recurring issues
• Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) when quality problems arise
