Production Scheduling Analyst

**Description**

**Essential Duties And Tasks**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.

+ Plan, maintain and prepare reports on forecasts, material usage, quality control, defects and volumes.
+ Review and analyze capacity utilization
+ Handles internal plant transfer of material and outsourcing activities
+ Gathers data to determine forecast adjustments
+ Work closely with manufacturing and planning teams to provide updates
+ Review and analyze inventory levels and demand. Establishes replenishment plans to minimize stock.
+ Provides information necessary for adjusting schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
+ Ensures incoming shipments are in compliance with PO
+ Coordinates with production operations on requirements for finished goods
+ Handles basic to moderate complex issues
+ Perform all other duties and assignments as required by management.
