Production Shift Leader

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

Ensure for the area of responsibility that orders are delivered in Quality, in Quantity and in Time by providing direct supervision within his / her own field of experience

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and organize the assembly production department of your area, including daily production execution, work scheduling, employee training.
• Ensure product and process quality as well as production output while meeting deadlines.
• Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for internal technical issues of Customer claims.
• Apply continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure cleanliness and a safe working environment within the production department.
• Support the professional development of employees, considering their qualifications, aptitudes, potential, and operational requirements.
