Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Production Specialist to support daily manufacturing operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role involves machine operation, troubleshooting, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate key production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolve minor breakdowns independently.
• Support preventive maintenance and collaborate with technicians during major downtime events.
• Execute smooth product changeovers while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Drive equipment base condition through abnormality handling, CIL activities, and standard work adherence.
