Production Helper

Location: Tanauan City, Batangas

Salary: Minimum wage (Region IV-A) + overtime pay and benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the production process by preparing materials, operating basic machinery, and packing finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Support other production staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate.
• With or without experience in manufacturing or production work (training provided).
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
