Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping, etc.)
• Cook and assemble simple dishes such as salads, sandwiches, and entrees
• Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Receive and store deliveries according to food safety standards
• Dispose of waste and clean trash bins regularly
• Support chefs and other kitchen staff during busy service hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a kitchen or food production setting preferred
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
