Production Staff

Job Description:
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Staff to support our sardines manufacturing operations. The successful candidates will assist in various production processes, ensure product quality and safety, and comply with company standards and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily production operations such as cleaning, sorting, packing, labeling, and processing of sardines
• Operate basic production tools and equipment according to work instructions
• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety standards, and company policies
• Meet production targets while ensuring product quality and safety
