Production Staff

• Mixes, kneads, and shapes dough for bread
• Cut dough into the uniform portion
• Place pans of dough into the oven
• Remove baked products from the oven
• Clean bakery utensils, equipment, and work area as needed
• Perform other duties in the kitchen as may be prescribed
• Secure confidential information and documents
