Production Staff

This role includes physical handling of coffee sacks, inventory monitoring, bean sorting and destoning, blending of beans, roasting assistance, and preparation of basic production and inventory reports. The position requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and adherence to quality, safety, standards to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate
• With driver licensed is a plus
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and handling heavy items.
• Willing to perform manual and physical work in a production and warehouse environment
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling, stock monitoring, and documentation is an advantage
• Willing to learn coffee production processes including sorting, destoning, blending, and roasting support
