Production Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production or operational tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow company quality standards and safety procedures at all times.
• Handle physically demanding work, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
• Assist in other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Work overtime when required to meet operational needs.

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual or physically demanding tasks.
• Flexible, trainable, and willing to learn new processes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Honest, responsible, and compliant with company policies.
• Willing to undergo a 1-month paid training program.
