Production & Standards Engineering Manager

In this role, you'll lead the Production Engineering function and own the standards that underpin safe, consistent, and effective manufacturing of our distribution transformer range across our global operations.

We're looking for a leader who can connect engineering intent with operational execution — ensuring standards are applied consistently, capability is built, and manufacturing performance is stable and reliable.
