Production Standards Manager

The primary objective of this role is the managing and operationalising of the Company's strategic vision and standards - when it comes to new projects (infrastructure) and production processes and systems. The role involves project management, managing the supplier selection process, contracting, implementing productions standards and systems across our 3rd party grower base. Assisting with implementing business systems, data standards as well as the Company values. This role is key as it goes to the heart of the Companies revenue engine and strategy of providing a unique and consistent experience with its products.
Key outputs:
Projects & Business Management
Establish and maintain SOPs for all new grower projects.
Oversee due diligence, site evaluations, budgeting, and supplier selection.
Support 3rd party growers with resource planning and infrastructure development.
