Job Description

                    Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the production teams from the Feeders area to the Final Assembly area of Bravos Plant. 
Interface closely with all manufacturing support functions. 
Promote and lead the mindset change from a project environment to a production environment across the Bravos Plant. 
Supervise and coordinate activities of supervisors and collaborators to comply with the goals of the Hi5 metrics: TRCR, CONC, OTD, DOH, Flex Productivity. 
Assume responsibility for all production activities across multiple production areas and accept accountability for delivering Key Performance Goals/Targets established. 
Serve as an integral member of the extended Staff Team and contribute to the development of the Site's strategies and annual goals and objectives. 
Monitor and control the KPIs of the production areas (FPY, Production Plan adherence, hourly rate, efficiency, downtime) and act as needed.
