About the role
The Production Superintendent role is a Full-Time position, based at Vermont, VIC. Reporting to Manufacturing Manager you will provide people and process leadership to the Monier Rooftiles Production teams, ensuring the team's health & safety, the environment, and CSR's code of conduct are never compromised.
In this role, you will:
* Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
* Full accountability for production staff and day to day production operations to ensure delivery within the Monier rooftile (Clay) factory.
