As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing and managing the activities of hourly production personnel to safely and effectively produce high quality product on your assigned production lines or work area within the plant. A Production Supervisor has accountability for the area(s) assigned and will coordinate activities with other leaders and operations staff to ensure that the shift team meets daily objectives.
