Salary Range: $68,000.00 To $78,000.00 Annually

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a team at the heart of our operation—guiding daily production, solving problems in real time, and creating a steady, supportive environment where people and processes perform at their best.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where your ability to stay composed, make sound decisions, and support your team directly impacts safety, quality, and output. You won’t just run the shift—you’ll build capability, strengthen accountability, and keep production moving forward with purpose.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with flexibility to cover evening & weekends when needed.
