Production Supervisor

Position Summary

Follow up the production lines ensuring that orders are fulfilled on their promised dates. He is a facilitator of the productive areas and must maintain safety, engagement, HPT, and productivity indicators according to the standards indicated in his responsibilities. Follow up on the coordination of tasks for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Assurance of Lean Must Do’s, Shipping Lines, Safety 360 and 24/7 strategies.
• Responsible for procedures and standard works related to the Quality system, compliance with waste disposal, CTPAT and Clients.
• Monitoring and implementation of internal savings projects and / or in coordination with the Engineering Department.
• Coordination of HPT (High Performance) teams, such as coaching in problem solving, training new members, etc.
• Updating and sending report of shipped orders of assigned Value Streams.
