Job Description
Become a key player with IKO Industries as a Production Supervisor in Calgary, AB. This full-time position emphasizes leadership in quality production and safety practices.
You will collaborate closely with the Production Manager to ensure excellence in manufacturing by supervising shift operations, managing personnel, and enhancing processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise shift personnel to achieve production goals

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in technology, engineering, or management
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, with 3 in a supervisory role
• Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting experience
