Production Supervisor

Job Requirement

• Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in production, operations, or data-related environments.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with a focus on efficiency and team development.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English — essential for communication with regional teams and reporting lines.
