Production Supervisor

Job Duties

• Manage a line daily output, productivity, quality, and yield.
• Provide On-Job Training & ensure downline subordinates understand their job requirements especially on quality and quantity.
• Ensure that Quality program are enforced and maintained especially first start up production line compliance requirements.
• Review line report and take the required actions to resolve or reduce any risk affecting the quality and quantity.
• Ensure on time delivery by tracking the hourly quantity and quality of products produced in designated line.
• Ensure all jobs are complete within the stipulated time frame.
• Perform counting and controlling material attrition droppage during SMT production.
• Observe Safety, Good Housekeeping & Discipline Control.

Job Requirements

• Certificate in any field.
• At least 1-2 year of experience in Manufacturing Environment, preferably in SMT.
