Production Supervisor

On-site position in Bulacan, requiring 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, for a full-time role.

Job Description

• Closely monitor shift’s operations from receiving of raw materials, treatment, bleaching, chopping, drying, and bagging of ATCC and SRC Products.
• Ensure meeting required production and quality targets in all processes involved in ATCC and SRC production.
• Exercise supervision and implement immediate corrections to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure checking production parameters and recording in Process Inspection and Monitoring Report.
• Ensure checking cleaning and sanitation per area and signing the Daily Sanitation Record.
• Strictly check CCP’s and OPRP’s monitoring and records.
• Ensure checking GMP & HACCP program implementation and filling out Supervisor’s Daily Operation Checklist.
• Observe and exercise supervision administrative function to an employee regarding CRR.
