Production Supervisor

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop team leaders and operators to achieve required skills and capabilities. Coaching, counseling, and disci- plining employees. Communicating job expectations: planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Supports hiring and training of manufacturing operators, resolve employee issues, prepares improvement and development plan for the team lead and 
  operators
• Take the lead in solving operational issues and resolve permanently. Drive improvement projects (through Kai- zen) to further improve operations capabilities. Formulate alternative cost saving strategies, and manage production budgets. Monitors, maintain, controls ordering, and physical inventory of all consumables, supplies, and spare parts
