Qualifications

• Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in manufacturing or fabrication settings is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Engineer Certification.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience in production or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication operations, health and safety laws.
• Proficient in general computer use; AutoCAD skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license (categories 1 and/or 2) and driving experience preferred.
