Production Supervisor

Coordinates closely on a daily basis or as frequently as possible with the production manager and planning section for the daily, weekly, (or monthly) production target/machine plan/schedule for print/lam section and converting section.

Based on the production/machine schedule, make necessary arrangement for manpower/personnel planning. Prepares the manpower schedule and take the approval of the production manager. Sends copies to HR section, planning section, and COO. Posts the approved manpower schedule in the bulletin board.

Based on job ticket, production/machine schedule, and IPS coordinates and checks with the planning section, marketing section, ink section, warehouse section, print/lam supervisor, and converting supervisor the availability of cylinders, rubber rollers, inks, adhesives, solvents and all requested materials needed in producing the products as per job order (e.g., films, pallets, tapes, blades, cores, etc.).
