The Opportunity:

 The Converting Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of production within the Corrugated Container facility. In this role you will communicate performance expectations to ensure production targets and metrics are met, achieve production demands, supervise machine productivity and quality, as well as supervising, coaching, and mentoring of team members.
