- Sustainable line performance acc. to BP25 targets (IDC, NUrel & Productivity).
- Coordinates all activities necessary to fulfill the production schedule by line per shift.
- Manufactures products by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring workflow.
- Support on release production plan (Heiijunkas) according with capacities and available shifts.
- Take the lead of multifunctional team to reach the KPI’s (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
