Production Supervisor

1. Supervise production personnel and manufacturing and packaging operations

2. Observes and implements Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety rules and regulations.

3. Ensures that the manufacturing and packaging directions indicated in the BMR’s and PDR’s during the processing is strictly followed

4. Informs the Production Manager on problems encountered during operation

5. Recommends improvements in the operation to achieve increase in the productivity and efficiency and reduce cost



Qualifications:



1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineer and other related courses

2. With at least 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing (Food/ Pharmaceutical) setting

3. With background in GMP, GLP, ISO, HACCP.

4. Analytical, articulate and able to clearly communicate ideas
