About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Sydenham Laboratories, Inc. in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This is a full-time position that will have you leading a team of dedicated production workers.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure all manufacturing processes are completed on time and to the required standards
2. Monitor production outputs, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
