Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage production team, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
• Analyze production metrics and report on performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
• Train new employees on equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering and the like.
• Has at least 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment and is familiar with operating machines.
• Has good leadership skills and other skills deemed necessary for the role.
