**About the Role**

The Production Supervisor actively supervises assigned production lines and personnel in assigned area on the production floor. This includes monitoring the progress from multiple projects during a production shift. You will plan and direct workflow through the communication of task lists and ensure each task is completed efficiently and safely with all of the work completed. You will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and plant quality compliance program. You will oversee all personnel issues with the people on your shift.
