Production Supervisor

Job Advert Summary We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to drive performance in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead plant operations, ensure safe and efficient production, and motivate your team to consistently meet targets while maintaining high quality standards.

• Matriculation (grade 12 school leaving certificate) as a minimum qualification, with maths & science as subjects.
• Further Education and Training Certificate: Manufacturing and Assembly Operations Supervision.
• At least two (2) years’ supervisory experience in an Automotive manufacturing environment.
• Production Management diploma, or the studying towards the same or similar qualification will be an added advantage.
