On the Dot Supply Chain Management (Pty) Ltd, a division of Novus Holdings, seeks to appoint a diligent Production Supervisor in the Operations Department. This position is based in Durban, KZN. The successful incumbent will report into the Loading Bay Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities: (The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)
Manage all processing, printing, collation and archiving of operations documentation for Subscriptions, Newspapers and Magazines as well as retail newspapers daily.
Proactively plan and enforce compliance to deliver a high level of service.
Managing the operational cost of paper. Reduce printing through improved administrative and time management processes.
Complete control sheet for signature on collection of Subscription sticky labels and reports.
Send production data files and completion of documentation to Bulk and Novus print, daily.
