Responsible for overseeing production activities to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that production is carried out in accordance with the QMS guidelines.
• Comply with tasks and responsibilities within the IMS.
• Ensure that operational personnel comply with the procedures involved within the QMS.
• Ensure that personnel follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable.
• Maintain standard yields and cycle times.
• Complete equipment logs for pressure vessels (when applicable).
• Take corrective actions to control products within specifications and QMS guidelines.
• Maintain harmonious discipline while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Verify that QMS records are completed accurately.
