Production Supervisor - Essentia

**This is a night shift position.**

The Production Supervisor leads all activities of assigned team, including safety, quality, service, value, and teamwork. This position is responsible for ensuring all critical business aspects related to the assigned team while clearly communicating information to plant leadership. This role ensures production of a quality product, processing in accordance with mandated regulations, current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and established company procedures.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**

Education:

+ High School Diploma or GED required. College degree in industrial technology, business, management, or related field preferred.

Experience:

+ Minimum three years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
+ Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
+ Experience in a food processing environment strongly preferred.
