Production Supervisor

**INFORMATION**:- Supervise and lead your team, and coordinating needs with other departments (Quality inspector, ME, Supply chain etc )- Update if needed, detailed schedule planning with lead time and numbers of people for ensure must allow to monitored production performance (Ratio, OTD)- Generating and monitoring production line KPI- Explaining and validating planning and KPI with his team (SQCDA)-Dispatching Kitting and job cards to his team in accordance with production planning and supervisor guidance (can be supported by his team leaders)- Checking that production objectives are reached (Quality, OTD, Ratios)- Checking respect, maintenance, and cleanliness of workplaces, tools, and tooling's allocated to his team ensuring security of his team ensure compliance with internal regulationsQUALIFICATIONS& SKILLS- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, experience of at least 3 years in a similar position- Functional: Customer orientation, planning, emotion management, communication-Self...
