Job Description

- Supervise, monitor, and provide direction to production employees to ensure efficient and safe daily operations.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to production personnel in accordance with production plans and operational priorities.
- Organize and manage workflow by preparing work schedules, shift arrangements, and manpower allocation.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and clearly communicate targets and expectations to employees.
- Monitor production output to ensure products meet required specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Compile, analyze, and report production data and records, including output, downtime, manpower utilization, and productivity.
- Ensure all production equipment, machines, and tools are functioning properly and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs or preventive maintenance.
