Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead daily production activities to achieve planned targets for quality, quantity, cost, and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
  • Support and develop team members through inclusive selection practices, onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
