Production Supervisor

Summary

Supervising all C&T and Instrument production Operators, Machinists and Team Leaders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise all Production Personnel and maintain their record.
• Able to coach, train, motivate and lead them.
• Maintain a safety environment in the Production for all employees.
• Must maintain and practice company quality standards and goal set for the Production team at all time.
• Able to represent the Production Department in the Management meetings.
• Special projects as assigned by Management.
