• A graduate of 4 Years Course in BS Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical) or any related course
• Provides on job training to employees in all areas of their job duties including work instructions, health & safety
• Strong communication skills
• With mentorship & Staff development skills
• Knowledgeable in conflict resolution
• Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills
• Adapt multi-tasking /flexible environment
• Ability to use machinery and follow procedure
• Troubleshooting - resolve issues that cause delay production
• Has keen eye for equipment & machineries functions- maintain good condition and schedule of repairs
• Maintain standard and ensure production output will meet specification.
• Ensure product are made efficiently, safely and high quality
