Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and develop new molds, molding processes, techniques, process

• Improvements and cost reductions.

• Develop and document manufacturing instructions and data sheets.

• Troubleshoot and understand the root cause in order to make the necessary changes and adjustments to the injection molding machinery

• Oversee/supervise the end to end plastic injection process.

• Monitor and control assigned process, ensuring that production activities are carried out in accordance with approved schedule

• Ensures conformance to specification
