PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Manage his manufacturing team according to the work in progress and general planning. Build the detailed schedule in accordance with general one in order to reach performance on a daily basis. Manage SQCDA Level 1 and participate at level 2.

• Managing and supervising his team
• Coordinating needs with other departments (Quality inspector, ME, Supply chain etc.)
• Building and updating the detailed schedule as needed, taking into account real daily progress. This live planning with lead time and numbers of BC must allow monitoring of production performance (ratio, OTD)
• Generating and monitoring production line KPI
• Explaining and validating planning and KPI with his team (SQCDA)
• Dispatching kitting and job cards to his team in accordance with production planning and supervisor guidance (can be supported by his team leaders)
• Checking that production objectives are reached
