1. Responsible for verifying materials for production execution.
2. Verify preventive maintenance and proper functioning of machines.
3. Follow-up on training control.
4. Set production program goals.
5. Responsible for verifying that there are no risks or unsafe conditions within their area and the entire organization.
6. Verify product quality.
7. Responsible for carrying out continuous improvement projects.
8. Motivate staff in charge to meet established daily, weekly and monthly goals.
9. Supervise staff in charge.
10. Compliance with production, scrap, quality, and attendance metrics.
11. Make production plans.
12. Follow-up on corrective actions (8D's)
13. Review and correct payrolls
14. Prepare production reports
**Perfil**:
1. Bachelor's degree or Engineering
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
3. English 80%
4. Office suite management.
