Production Supervisor (Hiring Immediately)

POSITION TITLE: CONVERTING SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: Salinas, California
REPORTS TO: Plant Manager
Salary Range $22.00 -$28.53
SUMMARY
The Site Supervisor shall be responsible for three separate locations within the Santa Maria region which includes the daily management and execution within all segments of safety, quality control, operations, production, facilities, transportation, compliance, packaging, sales and administration.
The Site Supervisor will have an integral understanding of every operation's costs, accounting, and ultimate impact to financials of the company. As well as manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, agreements, and execution in all segments. The Site Supervisor will have the right combination of experience, education, talent, and passion for their work as a key contributor to Pratt Agriculture's forward success.
