Production Supervisor
Position Summary: Supervises and manages personnel to comply with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance program, controls cost of repairs and productivity, and ensures maintenance of plant facilities.
Ensures production lines meet promised delivery dates, maintains safety, engagement, HPT, and productivity indicators, and coordinates tasks for the entire shift.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in the automotive industry (highly desirable).
Intermediate English (conversational).
Management of unionized personnel.
Lean knowledge.
Training new staff.
Microsoft Office tools.
Troubleshooting tools.
Cell balancing.
