Lead the Shift Packaging and Processing Teams by coordinating the safe and consistent packaging of products according to the necessary quality specifications, delivery, cost and productivity requirements across multiple processing and packaging lines.

Reports To: Line Owner

Key Responsibilities Manage Line Productivity: Ensure that the production lines are checked and safe for production. Check that all emergencies stop buttons work and that all safety covers are in place, and report to Maintenance Owner and Line Owner immediately. Own the centerline management department. Lead the process to identify Centerline targets and document standards. Develop control strategies to enable operators to respond to out of-control situations.
