Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is overall responsible for the maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality management system of Chuan Thong Industries Sdn. Bhd., for the scope of certification as below:

When exercising the duties during work days, specific responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:

• Meeting targets for quality and quantity, including efficiency, downtime, wastes, expenditures, occupational health and safety of co-workers.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the production floor and directly responsible for all employees on their shift(s).
• Checks printed sheets at the start of a job against set standard or requirements, such as approved sample(s).
• Checks output from machine daily performance report.
• Maximizes manpower utilization and machine resources on the production floor.
