Production Supervisor

Production supervisor is responsible for meeting operational metrics such as output, quality (DPPM, outgoing quality inspection), OEE, safety and other standard manufacturing indices. Has accountability on operations performance and works with related departments (quality, engineering, planning, etc.) to achieve factory goals and metrics.

• Develop team leaders and operators to achieve required skills and capabilities. Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Communicating job expectations: planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Supports hiring and training of manufacturing operators, resolve employee issues, prepares improvement and development plan for the team lead and operators
